Last Wednesday, after exercising, I missed dinner because the Geniore Community closed early, and I was hungry late at night. However, I didn't eat late because I didn't want my body to feel heavy during my run the next day. I just went to sleep, but the next day I felt exhausted, couldn't exercise properly during early morning workout, and just came back.
When I measured my weight, I had lost a lot after skipping one meal, so I took a break from afternoon exercise on Thursday and focused on eating.
It's okay if I can't achieve my goal for about a week; I relaxed and enjoyed myself. Yesterday and today, I worked a little harder, so I achieved this week's goal of 38,820 steps and 138 floors.
I usually eat well after early morning exercise until around noon, but during afternoon workouts, maybe because it's hotter, I just keep drinking water, so I lose my appetite and feel full, which makes it hard to have a proper dinner.
I want to stay healthy in August by properly maintaining a balanced diet and exercising regularly to keep my weight stable.
