For now, I just set it up like this.
It's been a little over a month since I started weight training, and I've settled into a routine enough that I don't think it's too difficult, but I think the constant eating is the real issue.
Especially when I feel tired and low on energy in the afternoon while working, it's hard to resist snacks. I'll try to endure with an Americano instead of a mixed coffee.
Let's do our best this week too~~
