건강하게 운동 잘 하세요. 굿밤되세요
I started weight training for health and external changes.
I've always been meaning to do it, and finally, about three weeks ago, I started going to the gym.
These days, many people are taking photos of their bodies, but I feel a bit shy about taking pictures. Instead of setting a specific period to get in shape for photos, my goal is to keep my body in good condition continuously, hoping to maintain it well over the years.
I haven't really done weight training seriously, but I used to be interested in it from time to time and looked into various things. These days, with an abundance of information, I find that just a little searching on YouTube yields a lot of information.

I plan to work out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and take a rest or do a light workout on Sunday.
At first, after working on one area, I would get sore and suffer for a few days, but now those things are gone, and on the days I work hard, I just feel a bit stiff.
I lost some weight by managing my diet, and I've been diligently consuming protein, but there's still no change in muscle mass haha.
The diet isn't very detailed; I'm just reducing carbohydrates.
