I think I almost achieved my goal last week.
I want to increase my exercise amount, but for now, I think I'll try to maintain it a little longer.

4. Taking iron supplements - because of anemia (according to the doctor)
A really fat pig has everything imaginable...
I understand well when a thin person collapses due to anemia...
