수술후 건강해지셨다니 다행이네요~ 앞으로도 건강하게 아프지마세요~
I had major surgery earlier this year. It was a procedure that involved removing part of an organ, and after overcoming the physically and mentally challenging time, I set a goal to change my lifestyle habits moving forward.
You will spend the rest of your life fighting your eating habits.
I focused on three things: avoiding overeating, exercising every day, and thinking positively.
I have already been undergoing this for five months, during which I couldn't resist my appetite and overate, leading to vomiting, fainting, and various other events, but I have overcome them well and have come this far. I lost weight, so my knee pain disappeared, and my body became lighter through daily walking exercises. The test results from a month ago were normal, allowing me to maintain a positive mindset.
I feel healthier now than I did before the surgery, when I thought I was healthy.
Please abandon the arrogance of believing you are absolutely healthy, and I hope everyone will get a health checkup and assess their physical condition.
Only I can protect my health.
When you're sick, you can't do anything—studying, dating, or even being filial.
Please prioritize your health above all!
