하루 한끼는 집밥 좋지요 특히 직접 해드세요
Last week, I successfully followed the plan to walk an average of over 35,000 steps per day, climb more than 120 floors, run five days a week, and eat bread only three days a week, all without much difficulty. The most challenging part was taking two days off from running each week.
On the 28th, Sunday, it rained all day in Seoul, so I couldn't run and missed a day. This morning, I thought it might be okay to run about 3 km, but I felt I might get greedy again at 3 km, so I went up to the mountain instead.
I usually enjoy playing with my niece on Saturdays, so I haven't been able to exercise much, but I didn't do it this week, so I was bored and found it hard to resist the temptation to work out.
Since the teacher told me a long time ago that it's good to do strength training diligently for 3-4 days and then take a day off, I plan to set a target and rest on Saturday.
Even if I rest, I still walked 20,000 steps and climbed 50 floors today.
The habit of constantly having bread in my mouth is now a thing of the past in just two weeks. I think I can live comfortably without bread now.
Whether it's once a week or twice a week, I will eat when I want to, but I plan to avoid eating more than three days at a time if possible.
This week
35,000 steps, 120 floors, running over 30 km at least five days a week as a basic routine
Eating at home at least once a day.
Eating ramen, udon, kalguksu, snacks, etc. to fill up meals is common, and although it can be bothersome, I always make sure to have at least one proper meal with rice and side dishes. Usually, I buy side dishes but end up not eating them and throwing them away, so I stopped buying them altogether. Today, I had no side dishes in the fridge, so I bought some, cooked brown rice, and stored it in the freezer.
I will definitely achieve my goals again next week.
