Perform core exercises and control your diet for weight loss

Lately, I have been feeling a lot of discomfort in my left leg.

Is it really my leg hurting, or is it just pain?

It seems that the nerve passing through the leg is compressed due to a herniated disc in the lower back...

I'm secretly worried in many ways.

 

According to the search, it is listed as radiating pain caused by early symptoms of a disc issue.

In the early symptoms, rather than hospital treatment, strengthening core muscles and losing just 10% of my body weight due to being overweight can lead to significant improvement.

So, I plan to try one or two exercises like core workouts, such as the cobra pose and plank, which are good for losing 5 kilograms.
