Hello. This is the first post in the Cashdoc community.
This is a greeting and a health goal-setting post to strengthen my resolve, haha.
Like everyone else, my biggest concern is also dieting.
Especially, I tend to binge eat and enjoy snacking once I lose control, even if I usually maintain well...;;
My biggest goal first and foremost is to maintain a consistent eating habit!
Morning: Fruit (around 6-7 AM), Lunch: Regular meal (around 2-3 PM)
No snacks or treats whatsoever.
Drink water frequently!
I have always liked beverages...;; I hardly drink water...;;
I am conscious and plan to drink water instead of a beverage!
And walk 20,000 steps a day!
Since I've been doing the Cash Doc Challenge, 10,000 steps have become familiar, so I'm planning to set it to 20,000 steps haha
