My health goal is to pass Level 2 of the biometric exam(?).
I have always exercised. In fact, I used to work out mainly to eat, but due to COVID-19, I couldn't exercise, and I kept eating (alcohol, high-calorie snacks), so I gained weight rapidly and reached my heaviest weight ever 🤣 I started going to the gym for dieting purposes!
After completing 60 PT sessions, I trained alone for four months and also took body profile photos. After doing bodybuilding for over two years, I took a brief break of about four months and practiced yoga.
Then I went back to the gym! Maybe I lost some motivation, as I don't feel as enthusiastic as before. So I decided to set a new goal and challenged myself to become a Level 2 Community Sports Instructor. The announcement hasn't come out yet, but I passed the written exam with a provisional answer sheet 🤭
I am currently preparing for the practical exam and the beads test. Since it's a once-a-year exam, I really hope to pass this time!
I set my health goals so that my body, mind, and thoughts can all be healthy.
