This month, I need to resist cravings for things I want to eat, like chicken, jokbal (pig's trotters), pizza, and spaghetti. I should exercise while restraining myself from these foods to build a healthy body. I also plan to go for walks with friends to stay active. I'm challenging myself to lose 10kg. I want to become a healthy and energetic person. I haven't exercised much lately, so I've been constantly battling a cold, but this time I need to completely get rid of the cold. Fighting!
