Health Goals

I had a really bad backache recently.

 

I went to the emergency room.

 

This is the first time I've been this sick.

 

It is said to be a problem of posture and muscle strength.

 

Starting exercise.

 

My back has gotten a bit better, so I am starting with walking and climbing stairs.

 

I am trying to recover my health by exercising regularly.

    허리근력 복근근력이 있어야 허리힘을 잡아준데요 꾸준히 운동하시고 근력 키우시길 바랄께요

    허리가 한번 아프기 시작하면 고질병 될수있으니 초기에 잡아야 할것 같아요. 허리근력 운동이 좋고 수영이 좋다고 하더라구요
