I'm really glad to hear about health goals :)
Last year, I became seriously ill and started thinking about my health.
I used to never exercise in my lifetime, but this year I started walking and gradually increasing my workouts.
Yesterday, I did walking, swimming, cycling, stretching, and squats.
Next week's goals are to consistently walk, swim, stretch, do squats, and ride a bike whenever I have free time.
Walking for nearby distances and using stairs ^^
Everyone becomes healthy.
