Setting Ambitious Health Goals

Since I have adapted to company life, I will now tackle what I have been postponing.

I am trying to take care of my health again.

 

  • A light 30-minute walk after a meal
  • 50-minute Pilates classes 2 to 3 times a week
  • Health or personal training twice a week for 1 hour
  • Drink more than 1 liter of water a day
  • Going up the company stairs to commute to and from work

I will definitely stick to exercising starting this week!!
