My health goal is to create an exercise routine!

The easiest way for us to choose for our health is exercise.

However, there are quite a few cases where people fail rather than succeed in exercising. I believe the key to success in exercise is creating and sticking to your own workout routine!

 

Therefore, to make exercise a habit and repeat it regularly for myself, I plan to jog for 30 minutes after work on weekdays or ride a stationary bike, excluding weekends.

 

When looking at many exercise-related studies, the minimum recommended amount of exercise is at least 150 minutes per week. Initially, I plan to exercise according to this minimum time, then gradually increase my exercise duration on a monthly or quarterly basis to create my own workout routine!!
