My health goal is

1. Drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach every morning / take probiotics

2. Morning home training - full body, upper body, lower body for 1 hour (even if busy, do at least some stretching)
Walk more than 6,000 steps a day, consistently keep your body moving
Drink at least 1.5 liters of water every day

5. Do not binge eat in the evening, and do not eat a lot of dessert after meals.

6. So, focus on reducing only body fat and belly fat healthily
