It all started when I decided to take on a challenge.
I started walking 10,000 steps a day.
It was difficult at first, but after a day or two
Since I walk, I can't run.
It was an absolutely great exercise.
So
Planning an exercise routine that is too intense
Rather than giving up halfway
Let's try walking 10,000 steps consistently.
It's a thought.
I give up because even this is difficult.
Deciding to speak up on my own.
Walking 10,000 steps again today
I will do my best.
