This week's health goal~~!!

This week, I will set my health goals~~!!

 

  1. Drink a glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning
  2. Make sure to take your supplements without missing any.
  3. Don't forget to attend swimming lessons
  4. Fill a ten-thousand-step goal every day
  5. Eat one light healthy meal a day
  6. Try to sleep more than 7 hours a day
  7. Not drinking beer

 

I don't know if I can keep it.

I will definitely do my best to maintain my health~~!!
