Health goal from May 10th to 17th!!!

I will set a health goal for a week and try to achieve it!!!

 

✔️Fasting and drinking 2 liters of water daily

✔️ Taking supplements properly

✔️Running 3 km and walking 10,000 steps!!!

✔️Lose 500g of body weight!

✔️Stretching

 

The goal is not to be too excessive!!!!!

I'll start small and simple 🤩

Let's all stay healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
