I haven't been able to exercise since winter.

I gained a lot of weight, about 5 kilograms.

1 hour a day to lose 5 kilograms

Set goals for aerobic exercise.

I will make it 71kg.

The period is set for two months, and if it is slow,

Within at least 3 months.
