Faithfully from the basics..

It's so obvious compared to those who work hard.

I think I need to start with the basics, one step at a time.

If you keep moving on to the next step, you'll probably be exercising diligently too, right?!

 

First, no cell phone use after 12 o'clock. Go to bed immediately!

Wake up at 7 o'clock! No more than 5 minutes!

Brush your teeth within 15 minutes after eating.

Because I don't brush my teeth right away, I keep snacking.

Filling even when there's no need to walk more than 5,000 steps a day

 

Starting from this, I think my lifestyle pattern will become healthier.

Let's protect it~~!!

      누워서 너무 심심해서 다시 폰을 손에 잡게되는데 그러면 3시이후까지 놀아요 ㅋㅋ 오늘 결심했으니 아무리 심심해도 꾹참고 양이나 세어야겠어요
