If you walk diligently, your stamina improves, your mind becomes clearer, and it seems like there are more positive effects.

After walking 10,000 steps, finishing with about 30 minutes on an indoor cycle while sweating can be quite refreshing~

To lose weight, you need to stick to a strict diet as well, but exercise alone isn't enough to shed pounds.

So, I plan to lose a little weight by eating one healthy meal a day and exercising.

It's not a secret that in June, the Yang family gathers to take a family photo together, haha.
