It's been about five years since I made this.
At first, I really thought I had improved, but after doing it for a long time, I can't feel any more improvement, so I wonder if that's the case.
I'm not sure about the effectiveness.
Water intake should be at least 1 liter per day.
I used to have really bad constipation, but after drinking plenty of water and consistently taking probiotics, I think I go once every two days.
Manbo is bound by various routines, so I usually prefer walking.
What other health routines do you have? Please recommend some good ones~~
By the way, how can I reduce the amount of sleep I get when I sleep so much?
