You know those days, right? The days when nothing goes right no matter what you do.
A day when bad things keep happening one after another
I did that yesterday and today ㅠㅠ
I've been holding back and finally getting tired, so I'm starting to get annoyed.
Things I usually think are nothing special now bother me today.
So, I can't speak nicely even to my family.
Doing meditation and stretching as well
I need to reduce stress and control my emotions a bit. Haha
