I would like to introduce my daily routine.
As I age, both my body and mind have become weaker.
I try to gather my resolve once again.
I wake up in the morning, drink lukewarm water on an empty stomach, and start my day. I have a simple breakfast (a small portion of multigrain rice and some side dishes), then take a few health supplements after eating. I send my grandchildren to school and begin my day with about 3,000 steps of walking. I rest, eat a little more food, and after about an hour and 30 minutes, I go to the gym within the complex to do strength training and aerobic exercise for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. In the evening, I walk within the complex again. I can easily reach 10,000 steps a day. As I get older, strenuous exercise can be more harmful than helpful, so it's important to wear clothes suitable for my body. I divide my daily exercise into several sessions, which keeps it from being boring, prevents overexertion, and makes time pass quickly. This way, I notice gradual changes in my body. It also helps with slight weight loss and adds vitality to my life.
