Will a month of fasting in the morning have long-term negative effects on my health?

Hello! With my busy mornings at work, I've developed a habit of skipping breakfast for the past month. I used to try to eat at least a little, but these days, I'm prioritizing getting more sleep or shortening my preparation time, so I've been unintentionally going hungry for longer periods of time.

 

At first, I felt lighter, but as time went on, I started to feel less focused before lunchtime, and sometimes I even felt nauseous, which started to worry me. I'd like to hear from experts about the specific effects of skipping breakfast on our metabolism and digestive health when it's not temporary and continues for more than a month, and whether continuing this routine will cause any significant health problems.

    제가 아침 안먹고 공복 오래가서 위염 와가지고 요즘 계속 고생하고 있어요. 계속 재발하더라구요. 공복 시간 오래가는거 본인 몸에 맞는 분도 있겠지만 속이 쓰리다 이런 증상 있다면 절대 하지마세요. 저처럼 고생합니다

    제대로 챙겨먹는건 쉽지 않으거 같아요. 그래서 계란이나 견과류 같은 간단한 거라도 먹도록 해보는게 좋을가 같아요!
