저도 맨발걷기 시작한지 3주 됐어요. 우리 열심히 걸어봐요
I started walking barefoot today.
My older sister, who works out with me, started first.
I hesitated, but I did it for the first time today.
Beginners should start on the yellow clay road.
Today, I walked along a mountain trail with small stones.
An hour passes quickly.
I wanted to take a picture barefoot too, just in case there might be glass or chestnuts.
I walked very nervously because I was told to be careful.
There was a pressure point stone, so I also stepped on the stone.
^^
I walked around 3 o'clock.
Around 7 o'clock, a fire ignites in the soles of my feet.
They started.
It feels ticklish right now.
Since it's my first time today, it might be a little uncomfortable, but for the sake of health, I will try to push my previously gentle legs a bit harder.
Solid without any heel blistering
It's the sole of my foot, and I'm trying to walk hard to develop calluses.
I also got a tetanus shot to walk barefoot.
You also know the nearby yellow clay road.
I also bought a bag of yellow clay.
I have laid down textured tiles on my tiny balcony, and on one side, I also placed a container filled with yellow clay soil to step on.
I watched the barefoot walking episode of "Life, Sickness, and Death" and felt a lot. If barefoot walking proves effective, I will post again.
My health goal is to walk barefoot at least three times a week.^^
