Last week, I was so tired that I missed weight training twice, but I definitely plan to stick to it this week.
Re-establishing the weekly goal once again.
Weight training 6 times a week
Take probiotics and vitamins in the morning
Drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning
Do not eat food at least 2 hours before going to bed.
Why is it that simple things are so difficult to actually put into practice? ㅠㅠ
I think taking care of eating is more difficult.
Let's do our best this week as well.^^
