Since there was no mala sauce, I added various mushrooms such as shiitake, enoki, wood ear, and king oyster mushrooms, along with vegetables to the ready-made mala hot pot. I added a little chicken stock and upgraded it with sun-dried red pepper powder and chopped Cheongyang chili peppers. This is an upgraded version of mala hot pot, so I enjoy it spicy and hot. I also added half a block of tofu.
Compared to ordering spicy mala soup, this one is less刺激 and contains mushrooms and various vegetables, making it light and delicious.
