How do you manage dry eyes and presbyopia?

I didn't think there was a big problem besides eye allergies because my eyesight wasn't bad.

Since a certain day, my eyes have been very painful and difficult, so I find it more comfortable to keep my eyes closed.

When I went to the ophthalmologist, one eye was presbyopia and dry eye disease, and I was prescribed three boxes of Kaenix artificial tears.

They prescribed it for me. First, I need to put artificial tears in the morning so my eyes don't feel uncomfortable.

In the morning, I put one in each eye. My eyes feel very dry, or should I say extremely dry these days.

I often eat supplements along with blueberries and stir-fried carrots to take care of my eyes, but I'm not sure if it's really helping.

How do everyone take care of their eyes?
