(Question) Why do I feel hungry no matter how much I eat?

I wonder if I have parasites in my stomach... My appetite is so strong no matter how much I eat, it's a big problem.

I definitely ate a bowl of rice and seaweed soup this morning, but less than two hours later, my stomach started rumbling.
Also, I had seaweed soup, Spam, and a bowl of rice for lunch, but it hasn't been long since I digested it, and now I'm hungry again.
I am so hungry that my stomach is starting to burn. I feel like I will throw up stomach acid if I don't eat or drink something right now.
Why is this happening? But I don't think it would be easy to just eat less to reduce my stomach capacity...
Could it be because my stomach has expanded? Even so, on days I binge eat, I can't eat much because I get full very quickly.
Is it because of my habit of eating frequently and in large quantities? What can I do to get rid of the feeling of being hungry no matter how much I eat?

    사실 위가 늘어난 게 아니라 식사 패턴 영향일 가능성이 커요
    밥 위주로 먹으면 혈당이 금방 떨어져 더 빨리 허기가 와요
    속까지 쓰리면 단순 배고픔이 아니라 **위염 느낌일 수도 있어 더 괴로워요
    스트레스나 수면 부족도 이런 허기를 더 심하게 만들 수 있어요
    단백질 같이 챙기고 너무 오래 굶지 않으면 조금 덜 힘들어져요
