I visited for a follow-up appointment due to neck pain and received treatment from the Director in Examination Room 2. The doctor thoroughly examined the condition of my throat and nose, and I felt even more confident because the Director personally performed the additional X-ray examination. I was impressed by the meticulous care taken to ensure I felt comfortable during the examination process. Afterward, I also received respiratory therapy, giving me the impression that I received comprehensive and systematic care. The detailed explanation of my current condition and management methods made it easy to understand. The clinic interior was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. However, Examination Room 1 seemed to have a relatively long wait due to the large number of waiting patients, whereas I was able to receive treatment more easily in Examination Room 2. Overall, I was satisfied with the treatment and intend to visit again.
