I sprained my ankle, bruised it, and it hurt when I walked, so I went to the hospital. This hospital has a long wait time. (That's why the doctor explains things well. The downside is that you have to wait a bit if you're in a lot of pain.) I went around 5 PM on a weekday and waited for an hour. I got an X-ray, and fortunately there was no bone abnormality. I had ligament damage, and they told me to stay as still as possible, and I received physical therapy (cryotherapy? laser therapy). I also bought an ankle brace. They told me to come for physical therapy if the pain was severe, and if I couldn't come, they told me to use ice packs at home. The doctor, nurse, physical therapy room, and reception desk were all friendly.
