[Ace 1st Batch] Health management tips, regular health check-ups

There is a tremendous amount of interest in health, you know. In fact, even I try to eat healthy foods or traditional Korean dishes that I prepare myself indoors rather than eating out every day. When it comes to soup dishes, I make a conscious effort not to finish all the broth. Despite this, I sometimes feel unsure about my own physical condition or what I should do to improve it, haha. At such times, I try to manage any unfavorable or elevated health indicators through regular health checkups.

Actually, the reason I started was partly because I needed to get a health checkup every year for work purposes. When I compare the health checkup I received initially with the most recent one, I definitely feel like I am taking better care of my health.

For example, initially I had obesity and high cholesterol, which were problems, but according to my recent health checkup record, most of my results are within the normal range, except for one.

I suspect proteinuria ㅠㅠ... The cause of proteinuria could be a temporary condition caused by frequent exercise, so recently I have been reducing intense workouts and have scheduled a follow-up examination.

In addition, they examine various conditions such as hypertension, hearing status, kidneys, liver, and dyslipidemia, and surprisingly, the prices are quite affordable.

Especially on weekdays, after work and when I go home, I can receive it quickly, so it's quite convenient haha

Health check-ups don't take as long as you might think, so after a quick visit, the results come out in two days. You can then exercise and take care of yourself according to the results. Even if it's just once a year, I think it's good to get a health check-up to understand your current condition and improve it accordingly. How about trying health management like that? :)
