Does the filler feel different when you don't move your face compared to when you smile?

It's usually fine, but when I smile while taking photos, the corners of my mouth look a little sunken.
So I am looking into fillers, and I am wondering if I can make a decision based solely on how it looks when I am standing still from the front.
I think it's also important whether the face moves naturally when smiling or speaking.
Would showing my usual facial expressions or even my smiling face be helpful for the design during the consultation?
