Can my facial expression change when I smile after getting fillers?

I don't plan on getting a lot of filler; I just want to slightly improve the areas that are lacking. However, I think it won't be easy to explain exactly how much I want during the consultation.

I tend to use a lot of facial expressions, so I am being extra careful.

I am curious to know which areas were used on those who looked natural even when making facial expressions after receiving fillers.
