Does getting a filler-dissolving injection cause skin discoloration?

The shape of the filler I received previously seems to have become a bit unnatural over time, so I am considering dissolving it and reshaping it. I was wondering if the existing filler dissolves cleanly if I receive a hyaluronidase dissolving injection. I am concerned about whether my skin returns to its original state immediately on the same day after dissolving, and whether you experienced any side effects such as pain, bruising, swelling, or skin discoloration at the injection site! For those who have undergone filler dissolution procedures, please share your experiences or tips on how many days you typically waited between dissolving and receiving a re-treatment :)
