I have been consistently taking probiotics every morning. It's been a long time, so I don't remember exactly when I started.
Taking probiotics doesn't completely solve constipation, but I think it's really good for gut health. I just consistently take a cost-effective probiotic in the morning with a glass of water.
When the groom had a colonoscopy and a few polyps were found, I started giving him probiotics regularly, and recently, after another colonoscopy, he was told his colon is clean.
It seems that I am properly seeing the effects of probiotics among the supplements. Also, I have developed the habit of drinking 2 liters of water. So, I don't have severe constipation like before~^^
This is the product I'm currently taking~ I sometimes switch products too~ Since it's hard to consistently take expensive ones, I look for cost-effective options and take them regularly. Haha
