It's a great tip~

I have had severe constipation since I was very young~

I go to the bathroom once or twice a week, and when it's really bad, I've even gone twice a month. 😢

I tried everything that was said to be good for constipation, but it only worked for a while. I also have hemorrhoids, you know. Oh, how embarrassing~ haha

So, I was really worried during the colonoscopy. ㅜ

However... I didn't find any polyps, haha. I'm not sure if it's unrelated to constipation...

I have been consistently taking probiotics every morning. It's been a long time, so I don't remember exactly when I started.

Taking probiotics doesn't completely solve constipation, but I think it's really good for gut health. I just consistently take a cost-effective probiotic in the morning with a glass of water.

When the groom had a colonoscopy and a few polyps were found, I started giving him probiotics regularly, and recently, after another colonoscopy, he was told his colon is clean.

It seems that I am properly seeing the effects of probiotics among the supplements. Also, I have developed the habit of drinking 2 liters of water. So, I don't have severe constipation like before~^^

This is the product I'm currently taking~ I sometimes switch products too~ Since it's hard to consistently take expensive ones, I look for cost-effective options and take them regularly. Haha
