A review of preventing hyperlipidemia through improved eating habits and regular exercise.

I had a health checkup and was told my cholesterol levels were high and to be careful. So I looked into how to prevent hyperlipidemia. Improving eating habits, exercising regularly, and managing stress , helpful nutritional supplements I took care of it by eating it consistently. So now my hyperlipidemia level has come down to normal and I will continue to do so. We are working hard to prevent hyperlipidemia.

I also tried to eat a variety of vegetables and fruits, as each color has different nutrients. In particular, to prevent hyperlipidemia, I avoided high-sugar foods like sugar and snacks, and I rarely added salt to my cooking, keeping my food very bland.

 

Second, to prevent hyperlipidemia, I did aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, at least five times a week. Actually, I have a bit of a potbelly. I tried to control my weight by doing a lot of brisk walking, cycling, and light jogging. I also did strength training and worked out until my clothes were soaked with sweat.

 

Third, to prevent hyperlipidemia, I tried to enjoy hobbies and avoid stress.
