This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and a heavy head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 15 and older, the dose is 1 tablet taken three times a day after meals. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. Additionally, individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components should not take it. Breastfeeding women should either avoid this medication or stop breastfeeding. Furthermore, this medication should not be used by individuals taking specific antidepressants or psychiatric medications known as MAO inhibitors, or if they have stopped such medication within the last 2 weeks. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic disorders should not take it. If unusual symptoms such as vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, rash, itching, or difficulty urinating appear after taking this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult with a healthcare provider. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult with a professional. It is important to strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency of this medication, and it is safer not to use it for extended periods. Drowsiness may occur while using this medication, so driving or operating machinery should be avoided, as well as the consumption of alcohol. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is advisable not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
