This medication should be administered with precise dosage confirmation, as serious side effects or overdose can occur due to confusion between milligrams and milliliters. Once oral administration becomes possible, it is advisable to use appropriate analgesics immediately. Always check if acetaminophen is included in other medications to avoid overdose. This medication can cause severe liver damage if the recommended dosage is exceeded; therefore, patients with liver function issues or a history of liver disease should take it only after consulting a physician. Individuals who frequently consume alcohol should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication, as the risk of liver damage may increase. If severe rashes or hypersensitivity reactions occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Patients allergic to acetaminophen or this medication, those with peptic ulcers, severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases, patients taking specific medications, or individuals with alcohol dependence should not take this medication. Those with liver or kidney disorders, bleeding tendencies, asthma, elderly patients, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should exercise extra caution while taking this medication and should consult a healthcare professional before use. Rare side effects during administration may include blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney failure, and skin rashes; patients should inform healthcare professionals immediately if any abnormalities occur. This medication may interact with specific other medications, so it is essential to inform healthcare professionals of any currently used medications. After taking the medication, there is no effect on driving or operating machinery; however, it should not be mixed with other medications. Children and the elderly should use the minimum effective dose and monitor their condition closely. During pregnancy, the benefits and risks of this medication should be carefully evaluated before administration, and while breastfeeding, although small amounts may be excreted in breast milk, reports of adverse reactions are rare. Patients with severely impaired kidney function should adjust the administration interval, as overdose can lead to liver damage and serious side effects requiring immediate emergency treatment. This medication should not be stored at temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius, and refrigeration or freezing should be avoided. Before administration, check for contamination or discoloration.
