If any unusual reactions such as rash, itching, or blisters appear on the skin during the use of this medicine, the use should be stopped immediately and consultation with a medical professional should be sought. Particularly because it contains pseudoephedrine, if fever, redness, or small blisters occur, the use of the medicine should be stopped and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted. People who are hypersensitive to this medicine, have a history of asthma, infants under 3 months old, those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications, or individuals with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medicine. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic constitutions or chronic illnesses such as liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid conditions should consult a medical professional before taking this medicine. If serious symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, rash, dizziness, chest tightness, or difficulty breathing occur during use, stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a medical professional. It is particularly advised that children under 2 years old do not use this medicine, and if necessary, seek medical attention. The medicine must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and long-term use should be avoided. Alcohol should be avoided during treatment. Additionally, drowsiness may occur, so driving or operating machinery should be avoided, and caution should be observed when taking with certain diuretics or medications containing licorice, as muscle weakness or increased blood pressure may occur as side effects.
