Those who have had hypersensitivity reactions to this drug, patients with peptic ulcers, severe liver or kidney impairment, and those with reduced heart function should not take this medication. Additionally, individuals with a history of allergic reactions to the ingredients in this drug or who have a history of asthma attacks should also avoid using it. This drug contains acetaminophen, so caution is needed when taking it with other acetaminophen-containing products as this may exceed the maximum daily dosage and cause liver damage. This medication can cause hypersensitivity reactions, so thorough consultation prior to use is necessary, and regular check-ups are required with long-term use. Children and the elderly should use the minimum effective dosage and be particularly cautious of adverse reactions. It is advisable not to take this medication alongside other NSAIDs, and it should not be taken for extended periods without instruction. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention should be sought, and medications to protect the liver may be administered.
