Pain relief for cold (fever, pain) and toothache
This medication is effective for fever and pain caused by colds, as well as for toothaches. It can also be used for various types of pain such as headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. Through these effects, it helps reduce patients' discomfort and improve symptoms.
Take 1 to 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day while avoiding an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.
This medication may stress the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine or other antipyretic analgesics. Those who have had hypersensitivity reactions to this drug, patients with peptic ulcers, severe liver or kidney impairment, and those with reduced heart function should not take this medication. Additionally, individuals with a history of allergic reactions to the ingredients in this drug or who have a history of asthma attacks should also avoid using it. This drug contains acetaminophen, so caution is needed when taking it with other acetaminophen-containing products as this may exceed the maximum daily dosage and cause liver damage. People with liver or kidney disorders, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, asthma, elderly individuals, pregnant or nursing women, and those on specific medications must consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as hives, difficulty breathing, chest tightness, nausea, rash, jaundice, cough, or high fever occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication can cause hypersensitivity reactions, so thorough consultation prior to use is necessary, and regular check-ups are required with long-term use. Children and the elderly should use the minimum effective dosage and be particularly cautious of adverse reactions. It is advisable not to take this medication alongside other NSAIDs, and it should not be taken for extended periods without instruction. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention should be sought, and medications to protect the liver may be administered. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this medication only when the therapeutic benefits outweigh the risks. Caution is required for children as the safety of this medication has not been sufficiently established.
Hives, swelling (of the larynx, eyelids, lips, etc.), chest tightness, pallor, cold sweat, shortness of breath, shock, anaphylaxis, hypersensitivity reactions, asthma attacks, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, impaired platelet function, cyanosis, rash, mucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell syndrome), severe rash accompanied by high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral and ocular mucous membranes.

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent air or moisture ingress, and it is recommended to keep it at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the efficacy of the medication for a longer period and prevent deterioration.
