Dosage

Sustained release tablet 225 mg: Initially take 225 mg orally twice a day (morning, evening). Depending on symptoms, the dose may be increased to 450 mg twice a day (morning, evening). Do not chew or crush the tablet. Adjust appropriately according to symptoms.

Precautions

The dosage of this medication should be adjusted while periodically checking the blood concentration.
