Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

This medication is taken orally without regard to food, dividing the total daily dosage into two doses per day, and is swallowed without water once it disintegrates on the tongue. 1. Neuropathic Pain - Peripheral Neuropathic Pain: Starting dose is 150 mg per day, can increase to 300 mg per day after 3-7 days, and may reach a maximum of 600 mg per day. - Central Neuropathic Pain: Starting dose is 150 mg per day, can adjust to 300 mg per day after 1 week.
