Precautions

This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to this drug or its components. This medication contains lactose, so patients with a genetic condition that affects lactose digestion should not take it. Severe allergic reactions such as shock may occur during use, so if there is a drop in blood pressure or difficulty breathing, stop taking the medication immediately and seek treatment. There may be a decrease in white blood cell or platelet count, increasing the risk of infection or bleeding; if related symptoms occur, consult a doctor. Liver function may be affected, so if symptoms such as jaundice or elevated liver enzymes appear, discontinue use and seek medical attention. Respiratory conditions may worsen; if cough or shortness of breath occurs, discontinue use and receive appropriate treatment. There may be muscle-related issues such as muscle pain or weakness; if these symptoms occur, stop taking the medication. Rashes, hives, and itching may occur; if any unusual symptoms appear, stop using and consult a doctor. There may be symptoms of mental anxiety, headache, drowsiness, and dizziness, so caution is advised. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea may occur; if discomfort persists, inform a doctor. Rarely, symptoms such as arrhythmias, palpitations, and facial flushing may occur, so seek medical attention if any unusual signs are noticed. There may be urinary issues or difficulty urinating, so it is advisable to consult a doctor if such symptoms arise. Various side effects, such as hair loss, weight gain, and menstrual irregularities, have been reported, so be mindful of bodily changes. This medication is not intended for immediate relief of asthma attacks; bronchodilators or corticosteroids should be used during an asthma attack. If there is no effect after long-term use, do not continue taking the medication and consult a doctor. This medication is metabolized in the liver; caution is needed when taking it with other medications that affect liver metabolism as it may increase drug concentration. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consider the risks and benefits of using this drug carefully. Safety for use in children, newborns, and low-birth-weight infants has not been sufficiently confirmed; caution should be exercised in such cases. Elderly patients may have reduced bodily functions, so dosage adjustments may be necessary. Store the medication in a place out of reach of children and do not transfer it to another container, as this is safer.
