In the mental and neurological systems, symptoms such as drowsiness, fatigue, headache, tinnitus, tiredness, and insomnia may appear. Allergic reactions such as rash, hives, itching, flushing, and warmth may occur rarely, so caution should be exercised. This medication can enhance the blood pressure-lowering effect when taken with other antihypertensive drugs, so frequent blood pressure monitoring is necessary. Elderly patients may require caution and dose adjustments due to decreased bodily function. Safety in children has not been established, so use in pediatrics needs caution.
