This medication is used to relieve various types of pain such as headaches, toothaches, sore throat, and muscle aches. It is also effective for pain relief after tooth extraction and in treating joint and nerve pains. It alleviates pain from low back pain, shoulder stiffness, and bruises, and helps with menstrual pain such as dysmenorrhea. Moreover, it stabilizes the body condition during chills or fever with its antipyretic action. With these benefits, it helps patients in their daily life to be more comfortable.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals 15 years and older: 1 tablet per dose, up to 3 times a day, and should be taken avoiding an empty stomach. The dosing interval should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication may put a strain on the liver, so people who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication or any other pain reliever/antipyretic. Serious rashes or blisters may occur on the skin during the use of this medication, and if such symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. The acetaminophen included in this medication should not exceed 4,000 mg per day; taking this medication together with other medications containing acetaminophen may cause liver damage.   • Asthma attack
  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → Liver dysfunction
  • High anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Mild side effects

Rash, erythema (redness), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, dizziness, swelling (edema), gastrointestinal issues (heartburn, discomfort in the stomach, stomach pain)
