Therefore, this medication is used for improving blood sugar control in patients with type 2 diabetes.

How to take

Precautions

This medication may rarely cause severe allergic reactions; if sudden rashes, difficulty breathing, or swelling of the face and neck occur after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult with a healthcare professional. There are reports of serious side effects such as pancreatitis, which is inflammation of the pancreas. If symptoms such as abdominal pain, vomiting, or severe indigestion occur during treatment, seek medical attention immediately. It is advisable not to use this medication in patients with type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis, and it should not be administered if there is an allergy to this medication or its ingredients. Patients with impaired kidney function may experience delayed excretion of this medication, so dosage should be adjusted based on kidney function, and regular kidney function tests are important.
