Precautions

This drug may increase the risk of serious issues such as myocardial infarction or stroke in patients with cardiovascular disease or risk factors. Serious gastrointestinal side effects, such as gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, may occur, so special caution is advised for elderly patients or those on long-term treatment. Patients with gastrointestinal ulcers, severe blood abnormalities, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, high blood pressure, or allergies to any drug components should not take this medication. Patients with blood abnormalities or bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney problems, those with heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and elderly individuals should use this drug cautiously. This medication can cause severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis, serious rashes or inflammation on the skin, liver dysfunction, kidney damage, and respiratory distress, so if any abnormal symptoms appear, consultation with a doctor is required immediately. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, and it is advisable not to use it in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients with hypertension should frequently monitor their blood pressure as this medication may elevate it, and those with heart failure or edema should be cautious of fluid retention. This drug may affect kidney and liver functions, so patients with kidney or liver diseases should consult a doctor before use and undergo regular checks during treatment. Interactions may occur with aspirin or anticoagulants, ACE inhibitors, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, so you must inform your doctor if you are taking these concurrently. During pregnancy, especially after the 30th week, it may pose a risk to the fetus, so it should be avoided, and it is also recommended to abstain while breastfeeding.
